Welcome to Vazlan (vazlan.com). By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and agree that Vazlan operates using a third-party fulfillment model (Dropshipping). We source our daily life and general consumer products from verified third-party suppliers and fulfillment centers across Pakistan.
2. ORDER FULFILLMENT AND STOCK AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to product availability from our third-party suppliers.
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify any order if the product becomes unexpectedly “Out of Stock” at our supplier’s warehouse after you have placed the order.
- In such events, if an advance payment was made, a full refund will be initiated immediately.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion.
3. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION & PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
While we strive to provide accurate product images and descriptions provided by our suppliers, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, sizes, or other content are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free. The actual product packaging and materials may contain different information than what is shown on our website.
4. STRICT RETURN, REFUND, AND DAMAGE POLICY (UNBOXING VIDEO MANDATORY)
Due to the strict policies of our fulfillment partners, we have a zero-tolerance policy regarding damage claims without solid proof.
- Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a return, exchange, or refund for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the customer MUST provide a clear, uncut, and unedited unboxing video from the moment the sealed courier flyer/box is opened.
- No Video, No Claim: Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video, or with a video showing a pre-opened parcel, will be instantly rejected. No exceptions will be made.
- Claim Window: All damage or wrong-item claims (along with the video) must be submitted to our support team within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.
- Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for a “change of mind” or if the product does not meet your expectations, provided it was delivered in working condition.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY DELAYS
Our fulfillment partners and third-party courier services handle the dispatch and delivery.
- Estimated delivery times (usually 3 to 7 working days) are estimates, not guarantees.
- Vazlan is not legally liable for delivery delays caused by courier logistics, weather conditions, public holidays, or unresponsiveness from the customer at the time of delivery.
