Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
At Vazlan, we strive to ensure you receive the best quality products. As we source our items directly from trusted fulfillment centers across Pakistan, we adhere to a strict and transparent return policy.
Return Window (24 to 48 Hours)
You must report any issues (damaged, defective, or incorrect items) within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Claims made after this timeframe will not be accepted under any circumstances. Please note that “Change of mind” is strictly not acceptable for returns or exchanges.
The returned item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must provide a clear, uncut unboxing video of the parcel being opened, along with pictures of the shipping label. Without an unboxing video, our suppliers will not process the claim, and we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a claim, please immediately contact us via email at hello@vazlan.com or our WhatsApp Support (Click Here to chat) with us.
- Your Order ID.
- The uncut unboxing video and clear photos of the defective/wrong product. (Note: Since unboxing videos can be large files, sending them via WhatsApp is highly recommended.)
Refunds (For Cash on Delivery Orders)
Once your return claim is approved by our support team, we will provide you with the specific warehouse address. You will need to safely pack the item in its original packaging and send it back to us using a reliable local courier service. Please share the courier tracking slip with us once dispatched.
Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item delivered by us, we will cover the return shipping costs.
