    How long will it take to receive my order?

    Standard delivery usually takes [3-5] business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

    What are your shipping charges?

    We charge depend of area for nationwide delivery. We also offer free shipping on all orders over [Rs. 4000].

     

    Can I track my delivery?

    Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email containing a tracking link to monitor your delivery status.

    What is your return policy for grocery/daily items?

    For health and safety reasons, perishable and daily consumable items cannot be returned unless they are delivered damaged, defective, or expired. Please report any such issues to our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

    Can I open the parcel before making the payment?

    No. As per standard courier company policies, Cash on Delivery (COD) parcels cannot be opened before the full payment is made to the rider. Please pay the amount first to receive your parcel.

    What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

    Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Note: You must provide a clear 'unboxing video' of the parcel from start to finish to claim a return or refund. Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be processed.

    Why did I receive only part of my order?

    Because we source products from multiple warehouses, different items in your order may be dispatched separately. Don't worry, the remaining items of your order will arrive in a separate parcel within a few days.

    How will my order be confirmed before dispatch?

    Once you place an order, our team will contact you via a phone call or WhatsApp message on your provided mobile number. Your order will only be processed and dispatched after your final confirmation.
