Shipping Policy

At Vazlan, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live in Pakistan. We source our products from verified fulfillment partners to ensure quality and timely delivery.

1. Order Processing Time:

All orders are verified and sent for fulfillment within 24 to 48 hours after the order is placed. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or National Holidays.

Please note: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will contact you via phone call or WhatsApp for order verification before dispatch. Unverified or unreachable orders will be cancelled to prevent fake bookings.

2. Delivery Timelines:

Since we operate through a third-party fulfillment model, we use standard courier services across Pakistan.

  • Standard Delivery: It typically takes 3 to 5 working days for the parcel to reach your doorstep after it has been dispatched.
  • Unexpected Delays: While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally happen due to extreme weather, courier logistics issues, or peak sale seasons. Vazlan cannot be held legally liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

3. Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched from our partner’s warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email (if provided). You can use this tracking number on the respective courier’s website to track your parcel.

5. Unavailability at the Time of Delivery:

The courier rider will attempt to contact you on the provided phone number before delivery. If the customer is unresponsive or unavailable at the given address after multiple attempts, the parcel will be returned to the warehouse. Please ensure your contact details and shipping address are 100% accurate at checkout.

6.Split Shipments / Multiple Parcels

Since we operate through various fulfillment centers, different items in a single order may be dispatched and delivered separately. If you receive a partial delivery, please do not panic; the remaining items will arrive in subsequent parcels within the estimated timeframe.

7.Parcel Opening Policy (COD)

As per the strict rules of courier companies in Pakistan, customers are not allowed to open Cash on Delivery (COD) parcels before making the full cash payment to the rider. Please pay the rider first to receive your parcel. Any claims regarding damages or wrong items must be made after receiving the parcel, strictly accompanied by a mandatory unboxing video.
