At Vazlan, we strive to ensure you receive the best quality products. As we source our items directly from trusted fulfillment centers across Pakistan, we adhere to a strict and transparent return policy.

Return Window (24 to 48 Hours)

You must report any issues (damaged, defective, or incorrect items) within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Claims made after this timeframe will not be accepted under any circumstances. Please note that “Change of mind” is strictly not acceptable for returns or exchanges.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must provide a clear, uncut unboxing video of the parcel being opened, along with pictures of the shipping label. Without an unboxing video, our suppliers will not process the claim, and we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a claim, please immediately email us at hello@vazlan.com with:

  • Your Order ID.
  • The uncut unboxing video and clear photos of the defective/wrong product.

Refunds (For Cash on Delivery Orders)

Once your return is approved and the item is received back at our warehouse, your refund will be processed. As most orders are processed via Cash on Delivery (COD), the approved refund will be transferred directly to your provided Bank Account, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash account within 3 to 5 business days.

Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item delivered by us, we will cover the return shipping costs.
