1. Order Processing Time: All orders are verified and sent for fulfillment within 24 to 48 hours after the order is placed. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or National Holidays.

2. Delivery Timelines: Since we operate through a third-party fulfillment model, we use standard courier services across Pakistan.

  • Standard Delivery: It typically takes 3 to 7 working days for the parcel to reach your doorstep after it has been dispatched.
  • Unexpected Delays: While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally happen due to extreme weather, courier logistics issues, or peak sale seasons. Vazlan cannot be held legally liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

3. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched from our partner’s warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email (if provided). You can use this tracking number on the respective courier’s website to track your parcel.

5. Unavailability at the Time of Delivery: The courier rider will attempt to contact you on the provided phone number before delivery. If the customer is unresponsive or unavailable at the given address after multiple attempts, the parcel will be returned to the warehouse. Please ensure your contact details and shipping address are 100% accurate at checkout.
